RainWell production operates under an ISO 9001-aligned quality management system. Incoming materials, in-line assembly and finished goods each have defined control points, and every gear drive rotor and solenoid valve is functionally tested before packing.
Testing each product line
- Pop-up sprinklers & rotors — rotation uniformity, pop-up travel, seal pressure and radius verification against published tables.
- Solenoid valves — opening/closing voltage, latching reliability and leakage checks across the stated pressure range.
- Controllers & timers — programme cycling, waterproof rating checks and battery-contact inspection.
Documentation for your market
CE, UKCA and market-specific compliance documentation, material certificates and performance test reports are available on request for the markets you ship to. Tell us your destination market when you request a quote and we will include the relevant documentation package.
We do not publish certificates as marketing images — documents are issued against real orders, so what you receive always matches what you ship.
