Wholesale irrigation components live or die on details that never make it into quotations. Before you commit to a container, run this five-point check.
Testing regime
Ask what is tested on every unit versus what is sampled. For pressure products — valves, rotors — 100% pre-packing testing is the standard you should insist on.
Documentation package
Your market may require compliance documents at import. A factory that issues certificates against real orders — matching your actual shipment — is safer than one that emails marketing copies of unknown origin.
Spare parts and repair-ability
Nozzles, filters and solenoids wear. A supplier who sells replacement nozzles and seal kits protects your customers long after the initial sale — and protects your shelf-space reputation.
OEM terms
If you plan a private label, confirm early: logo method (moulded, pad-printed or sticker), minimum volumes per colour, and who owns the artwork.
Communication quality
The best predictor of a smooth order is a supplier who answers technical questions with numbers and drawings. Test us — ask for the radius table of any model on this site, and time the reply.
