AC coil
24 V AC ±10%, 50/60 Hz – inrush 0.28 A, holding 0.15 A.
DC latching coil
12 V DC ±10% (9-15 V), <100 ms pulse - pairs with CB01, T01RQ and CJS-4G.
Anti water-hammer
Slow-closing diaphragm prevents surge damage on laterals.
Nylon + glass body
Brass inserts, EPDM diaphragm, media temperature ≤60 °C.
Frequently asked questions
What is a DC latching solenoid valve?
A valve that opens or closes on a short 9-15 V pulse instead of continuous power – that is why battery controllers can run a full season on one 9 V battery.
How do I manually open an RWV valve?
Twist the solenoid a quarter turn for bleed, or use the flow-control stem. No controller needed.
Are the valves repairable?
Yes – the diaphragm assembly lifts out from the top after removing the cover screws.
