Installer tip: mount every pop-up sprinkler on a swing joint. The JS20/JS25 lets you set exact head height after turf grows, absorbs mower impacts, and protects both the head and the lateral thread.

What size valve box do I need?
A 6″ round box fits one 3/4″ valve; the 10″ round fits a 1″-2″ valve with fittings; 12″/14″ rectangular boxes hold 2-3 valves or a controller battery kit. Check internal dims on the valve box page.
Why install air release valves?
At high points, air pockets narrow the flow path and cause pressure surges. VP air release valves vent accumulated air automatically.
What is a quick coupling valve for?
A VQ key valve gives a temporary hose/flushing point anywhere on the lateral – useful for construction flushing, temporary drip lines and mobile water access.
